250 Word Synopsis

Murderous mercenaries trying to overtake the zoo are picked off by a mysterious "tiger woman" with super-strength and an electric-eel shock.  But who is she?  Lt Det Tony Sarasota knows.  He lost an arm in the same gang -hit explosion that "created" Tyger, searing her with "tiger stripe" scars and embuing her with a tiger's spirit.  Sarasota wants to recruit Tyger to his side to hound the city gangs - and to keep himself on the force.  Sarasota eventually finds the "tiger woman" living in the zoo AMONG the tigers, a bitter and lonely woman hiding from the world.  Reluctantly she agrees to help Sarasota smack gangsters and collect needed evidence for convictions.  Meanwhile, the mysterious mob boss's lieutenants, Piano Man, Wild Rose the whip artist, and Bloodaxe the (crazy) Viking pillage the city under the iron hand of the mysterious Mister Gormenghast, AKA The Ghost, who has his own secret agenda.  A trio of female bounty hunters - Hook, Line, and Sinker - get torn up trying to capture Tyger, but she's hurt and feels betrayed.  Sarasota learns his daughters have been kidnapped and ventures among the tigers to bring out Tyger.  The superheroine, one-armed cop, two tryout superheroines - Anchor and Firebird - and a ragtag force of sidelined cops raid the gang's underground headquarters in the heart of the city.  Justice is served in a wild brawl among cops, thugs, Tyger, and two real live tigers!  And our heroes learned they've inadvertently saved the city from a poisoned water supply, the same bio-goop that created Tyger...
